What Is Elon Musk’s Idea Of Free Speech ??

The slogans and promises of Free Speech are very easy , but what is Free speech? Who’ll determine what free speech is? and what’s crossing the limits? , We are living in times when derogatory comments, racism,Islamophobia, xenophobia is rife.Everyone is opinionated and everyone wants to be right. So when Elon Musk promised to ensure free speech before he bought Twitter , the dictators were uncomfortable but at the same those who are marginalised and targetted by the antagonists and bigots were alarmed. As ,Islamophobia and xenophobia is like a pandemic spread around the globe, the war mongers used illegal wars and Injustice to spread hatred and disinformation about a society and followers of an Abrahamic faith and refugees alike.

Elon Musk Tweeted on his beloved Twitter “By free speech”, I simply mean that which matches the law. I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law.
If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect.Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people.”
Musk is certainly setting some rules there already, and letting the dilenquent and unruly ones know that it’ll not be a banquet for those keyboard warriors hiding in their basements spewing hatred in all directions.

On the other hand,  it’s a welcoming news for truth tellers and activists, who have been a victim of censorship on Twitter, many lost their huge followerships and accounts during past few years ,others are paddling to continue speaking with shadow bans and limitations.Now the question one must ask is, how’s Elon Musk going to stand up to the pressure by the regimes who believe in silencing any voice that dares to raise,  and also these pro wars and pro illegal occupation forces , for instance the Zionists and their supporters,  as Alison Weir wrote ,”The ADL, one of the world’s most powerful proponents of censorship, has long worked to suppress information about Israel’s systemic criminality. They’re already going after Musk “. From the illegal occupation of Palestine to Kashmir and from Afghanistan to Yemen,  the news from war zones is hugely manipulated by the mainstream media due to the pressures and interests of politicians and shareholders.

How’s Elon Musk going to face the pressure and stand his grounds ?what strategies he and his team will decide to ensure free speech and at the same time keep a good control on mud slinging and disrespectful elements? We will wait to see what is Musk’s free speech , how it’ll decide the difference between right and wrong. As its said “One man’s gospel truth is another man’s blasphemous lie. The dangerous thing about people is the way we’ll try to kill anyone whose truth doesn’t agree with ours” , its going to be a tough battle indeed.
